It's probably a matter of trial and error to get the results you're looking for. The lack of a fax machine is the only major drawback for this office-oriented printer. The features of the Samsung SCX-4200 make it best suited for basic business use. The SCX-4200 comes equipped for a USB connection only, but Samsung sells an optional network adapter (or you can check out any number of print servers available from other vendors).
